Kirk Williams

Mr. Williams is president of KW3 Consulting LLC, a leading strategic planning consulting firm that transforms ideas into results, leading to sustainable execution. He has 14+ years of management consulting experience with strong business, analytical and operational skills.

Williams formerly served as a Senior Manager for Accenture PLC (formerly Andersen Consulting), where he led large transformation projects, specializing in the banking and high technology industries. He planned and developed a shared service organization to deliver $17M+ in cost savings for a high technology client. In addition, He led and managed the Program Management Office for a $300M+ process and technology transformation program for a large financial services company. Clients included Wells Fargo, Cisco, JP Morgan Chase, Visa, Walt Disney Company and Sprint. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Williams is heavily involved in the community. He is a member of The Fulfillment Fund Leadership Council, Black Data Processing Associates and UCLA Alumni Association. He is a past Board of Trustees Member for the California Science Center in Los Angeles.
