Lloyd McKinney
Mr. McKinney is an International Program Subcontracts Manager for Northrop Grumman Corporation. With over 25 years’ experience in Global Supply Chain Subcontracts Management, McKinney currently manages a team of international subcontract professionals for the F-35 Lightning II Program. He is a multidimensional leader with a proven track record in the ability to lead high performance teams.
McKinney serves as a Business Conduct Officer (BCO) for Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems Sector, Chair of the USC Office of Black Alumni Programs Legacy Through Leadership Committee, and member of the Black Alumni Association Advisory Council (BAC). He is Vice President of the New Designs Charter School Board of Directors, and in that capacity, he advises on strategic planning, fundraising, marketing, and board/program development.
McKinney is a long term member and Treasurer of the Los Angeles Alumni Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. and has served on the boards of Los Angeles Urban Youth Golf, Venus and Serena Williams Tennis Academy and the Su Casa Family Crisis and Support Center. His additional interests include music, golf, billiards, and tennis. He is a graduate of the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business and has successfully completed the following programs: The University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) Graduate School of Business and Management’s African American Leadership Institute, the UCLA – Professional Designation in Government Contracts Management and the UCLA Professional Certification in Accounting.
